The 20th Anniversary Gluten Free Prague Expo 2025

As part of the celebration of International Celiac Day, Prague will once again become a hub for all those who live a gluten-free life. The 20th anniversary of Gluten Free Prague Expo 2025, a traditional conference and sales exhibition of gluten-free foods, is organised by the patient organisation Gluten Free Diet Society.

This exceptional event will offer not only expert lectures, but also the largest gluten-free food fair in the Czech Republic and a rich accompanying programme.

Celiac disease is not just a health problem

Under the title “Celiac disease is not just a health problem”, an expert conference will take place focusing on a comprehensive view of life with this autoimmune disease. The lecture hall will host leading physicians, nutritionists, food technology specialists and representatives of patient organisations. Topics will cover not only the diagnosis and treatment of celiac disease, but also the psychological, social and practical aspects of everyday life without gluten.

The organisers aim to show that a gluten-free diet is not just about prohibition, but about an overall approach to health and quality of life. The expert programme will therefore appeal not only to patients, but also to their families, health professionals and all those who want to learn more about this issue.

The largest gluten-free food fair in the Czech Republic

The event will also include a sales exhibition of gluten-free food, where dozens of manufacturers and importers will be presenting themselves. Visitors can look forward to tastings, market news and the opportunity to buy a wide range of products directly - from bakery products and pasta to sweets and ready meals.

There will also be the popular “impromptu gluten-free restaurant”, where everyone will be able to indulge in gluten-free refreshments. For many, this will be a rare opportunity to sample specialties that are not easily found in regular restaurants.
