This website (hereinafter referred to as "Website") is operated by ABF, a.s., with registered office at Beranových 667, Prague 9, ID No.: 63080575, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under the Commercial Register No. B3309 (hereinafter also referred to as "we" or "ABF"), which processes your personal data through this Website for the purpose of providing services to the users of the Website (hereinafter also referred to as "User" or "you").

ABF, a.s. and its subsidiary ABF EXPO PRAHA s.r.o. (hereinafter also referred to as "we" or "ABF") processes personal data for its own purposes and in its own way, as described below under "Purpose of Processing".

Our website is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not process personal data of children under the age of 16.

This information about the processing of personal data through cookies and other web technologies ("Information" or "Statement") explains how we process your personal data through web technologies. ABF notes that changing settings always applies to the browser in question. If a customer uses multiple browsers, they must change the settings on each browser individually. Furthermore, the customer can delete cookies from the media memory at any time. Further information is available in the functions of the browser or operating system.

IP address

An IP address is a unique number assigned to a computer or other device communicating via Internet Protocol. You must know the IP address of the sender and receiver whenever you transmit data.

You can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Data Protection Authority (www.uoou.cz).

The right of access means that you can ask us at any time to confirm whether or not the personal data concerning you is being processed and, if so, for what purposes, to what extent, to whom it is disclosed, how long we will process it, that you have the right to rectification, erasure, request restriction of processing or to object, where we obtained the personal data from and whether or not automated decision-making or profiling is taking place on the basis of the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data, the first provision of which is free of charge, and for further provision the Intermediary may require reasonable payment of administrative costs.

The right to erasure means that we must erase your personal data if (i) it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed, (ii) the processing is unlawful, (iii) you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or (iv) we are required to do so by law.

The right to restrict processing means that until we have resolved any disputed issues about the processing of your personal data, we must restrict the processing of your personal data so that we can only hold it and, where appropriate, use it to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Right to object means that you can object to us processing your personal data that we process for direct marketing purposes or on the grounds of legitimate interest. If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, your personal data will no longer be processed for these purposes.
