Yes, but you can arrive a maximum of 30 minutes later. If there is a queue, you will not be allowed priority entry.
• I have purchased tickets, but my daughter is sick. Can I come another time? Please contact GOOUT info@goout.cz for complaints and exchanges. In justified cases, tickets can be exchanged. Tickets cannot be exchanged on the day they are valid, this must be arranged in advance.
• Can I buy tickets on site? Yes, but on weekends you may have to wait for a free slot. For example, you arrive on Saturday at 11 am, but the first free tickets will not be sold until 2 pm. If you don’t want to wait for a free slot, you can buy a VIP ticket on site, which will allow you to enter within 15 minutes. On weekdays, this is no problem.
• We are a group, are we entitled to a discount? No, we do not provide discounts.
• We are a group and we cannot buy more than one ticket at a time. How should I proceed? Contact harrypotter@jvsgroup.cz, where we can arrange a group reservation and payment on an invoice in advance.
• Can we come to you with a stroller? No, strollers are not allowed at the exhibition, especially on weekends. On weekdays, with lower attendance, it is possible to come with a stroller after agreement.
• I have a baby, can I bring him with me? In a stroller or in a carrier? Of course you can come to the exhibition with a baby, but please take him in a carrier. You can leave the stroller in the cloakroom.
• Can I visit the exhibition with a dog that will be in a bag the whole time? No, dogs are not allowed at the exhibition, not even in a bag.
• I lost my sweatshirt, how can I find out if it has been found and how can I pick it up? Please contact us by email at harrypotter@jvsgroup.cz. We believe that we will find your sweatshirt and return it to you.
• I am coming from the airport, can I leave my suitcase in your cloakroom? Yes, you can.
• I am a grandmother who is not interested in this topic, can I wait outside and send my grandchildren to the exhibition alone? (how young can children go there alone)? Children under 15 must be accompanied by a person over 16. Younger children are therefore not allowed to move around the exhibition alone. But we have a discount for seniors over 65.
