Preparations for this year's FUTURE FORCES FORUM are in full swing

The FUTURE FORCES FORUM, an international exhibition presenting the latest technologies and approaches to national and international defence and security, will start this Wednesday.

More than 200 exhibitors from all over the world participate in the exhibition. A number of conferences, workshops and official NATO Working Group meetings are held concurrently. The programme is attended by around 8,000 delegates from the professional community, users, government institutions and international organisations, state and local government, industry, R&D and academia. Official delegations from the armed forces, security and emergency services come from more than 60 countries.

This year's event will focus, among other topics, on the state's preparedness for conventional and unconventional threats, the use of Emerging & Disruptive Technologies, or modernisation and armament projects of the Czech Armed Forces, Law Enforcement and Rescue Services.

 

Traditional themes also include the Civil-Military Cooperation; Interoperability; Counter-Terrorism; Protection of Critical Infrastructure and Civilian Population; Protection, Equipment, Armament and Training of Armed and Security Forces; Land Forces and Air Force Development; Command and Control Systems; Military and Crisis Medicine; Protection Against Weapons of Mass Destruction (CBRN); Use of Space Technologies; Use of Unmanned, Autonomous and Robotic Systems; Cyber Defence and Security; or Modelling and Simulation.
