On October 18-20, 2024 the fourth official PDC tournament called PDC Czech Darts Open 2024 will take place in Prague. It will be the last, thirteenth event of the PDC European Tour 2024. As in 2023, the venue will be Hall 6 at PVA EXPO PRAHA - Výstaviště Letňany.
Each tournament of the European Tour series has 6 playing parts. Two on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The tournament will be attended by the top 16 players from the Pro Tour Order of Merit ranking, which will be complemented by 32 players from the qualifiers.
And what's the other super important and great news?
The fact that four Czech players will also take part in the tournament!!!
The two highest ranked Czech players on the PDC Order of Merit ladder are automatically guaranteed to participate. They must win their first round matches for their prize money to count towards the rankings. However, they will of course receive prize money even if they lose the first round.
The Czech National Qualifier will be played for the remaining two spots the day before the actual tournament, on Thursday 17 October 2024, directly at the PVA EXPO in Prague. From the national qualification 2 players will advance to the main tournament.
