Diamond-certified artist The Weeknd has announced more new dates for his After Hours til Dawn Tour. The next leg of the tour kicked off on Saturday, June 10 in Manchester, UK at the Etihad Stadium and will end in Santiago, Chile on Sunday, October 15 at the Estadio Bicentenario de La Florida.
The sold-out North American leg of the stadium tour has been an incredible success, breaking attendance records and grossing over $130 million to date.
UN World Food Program Goodwill Ambassador Abel "The Weeknd" Tesfaye will once again work with the UN World Food Program to donate funds from the second leg of the tour to the XO Humanitarian Fund, which supports the organization's response to the unprecedented global food crisis.
The tour is in celebration of The Weeknd's 2020 album After Hours (his hit "Blinding Lights" was named the new #1 song on the Billboard Hot 100 of all time, surpassing Chubby Checker's 1960 hit "The Twist"), and also in celebration of the critically acclaimed album Dawn FM, out in January 2022. The Weeknd will be joined by Kaytranada and Mike Dean on all European dates.
The After Hours til Dawn Tour is powered by Binance, the global blockchain ecosystem behind the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, bringing Web 3.0 technology to concertgoers around the world. Ticket holders will receive a commemorative NFT and also gain access to an exclusive NFT collection for The Weeknd's tour in partnership with HXOUSE, a think tank and community incubator for creative entrepreneurs. Five percent of the sales of the NFT collection for the upcoming tour will be donated to XO's humanitarian fund.
