FOR GASTRO & HOTEL with a Confectionery Festival!
10. June 2024The international trade fair for hotel and restaurant equipment, food industry and gastronomy FOR GASTRO & HOTEL will be held for the fourteenth time in autumn. This year, however, will be extraordinary, thanks to the premier concurrence with the most important event of the confectionery industry, the PRAGUE SWEET FESTIVAL. We look forward to seeing you from November 21 to 23 at the PVA EXPO PRAGUE exhibition center in Letňany.
PRAGUE SWEET FESTIVAL will present news and trends in the confectionary industry. The companies Dortisimo.cz and OzdobDort.cz, the largest suppliers of confectionery supplies in the Czech Republic and Europe, are behind the specialized three-day international event. You will be able to meet well-known personalities during the variously focused workshops. Of course, there will be tastings and presentations by domestic and foreign exhibitors.
As part of the competitions, the Czech nominations for the FIPGC World Cake Decorating Championship, which will be held next year in Milan, Italy, will be announced. There will be the announcement of the cake of the year 2024 or autograph signings by popular cookbook authors and celebrities from the industry. School teams from vocational schools will compete in a competition for the best Christmas cookies.
Exhibitors will present equipment, technologies and supplies for confectioneries, bakeries, catering companies as well as hotels and restaurants. The event will also offer the possibility of bargain purchases of special pastry tools and ingredients.
